The Story Behind The Image
In 2025, while driving home late at night, I stumbled upon a rare moment over Lake Erie. Stopping my car in a small adjacent park, I witnessed something truly special: stars peeking through openings in cloud tops, illuminated by distant urban centers, drifting slowly over the calm, quiet waters of the great lake.

I captured this long-exposure photograph to preserve a scene that felt almost too magical to be real.
